Workout: Monday 1/18/10

I have decided that I will let all of you see what I do on a daily basis in the gym. Each session I do will be updated on my blog.

Today's Workout: Upper Body Push/Pull

I start with this warm-up on upper body days:

Explosive Push-Ups: 3x5 (Central Nervous System Activation)

I follow my sessions with Foam Rolling on the bodyparts that I just hit, and stretching/mobility work. There was no "finisher" today, but expect one tomorrow.
