I follow my sessions with Foam Rolling on the bodyparts that I just hit, and stretching/mobility work. There was no "finisher" today, but expect one tomorrow.

A-Ha! Good Idea Ahead!
I always said it is best to do a dynamic warmup sequence type of exercises before training. Here are some great examples to test the waters with.
